Classes Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 pm with a make up class Sunday mornings at 6:00 am. Focus on strength, flexibility, and mobility. Each class will include a warm up, drills, strength training, mobility training, and cool down. A baseline will be set and tested every month.
Classes begin November 5 and continue through the end of February for a full 17 weeks of increased strength, power, agility, flexibility, mobility, coordination, balance, strength endurance and a HUGE focus on injury prevention. Get ready for your best racing season EVER!
