This class is a PROACTIVE program that allows you to optimize your brain change (neuroplasticity), brain repair, and increase your desire to participate in everyday LIFE. This program should start at diagnosis and continue “4 Life”!  With early intervention and ongoing activities, you can  GET BETTER and STAY BETTER. But better yet, your efforts may trigger positive brain changes (neuroplasticity) that are disease-modifying and thereby, contribute to slowing the disease progression.
 Brain changes (neuroplasticity) includes making new connections in the brain, using the brain more efficiently, and protecting the brain from further damage. 
 We will tackle common issues faced by people with neurodegenerative disease (like Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis).  You will be empowered to improve your ability to move with ease and confidence at home and in a crowd, to walk with speed and purpose, and to take control of your disease with daily exercise. And you will have loads of fun doing it, too!

HIGH Fitness transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new experience that combines simple modern fitness techniques with music you know and love, resulting in high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling HIGH and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. Modifiable for everyone and easy to learn.

After that, the cost is $5*/class or $45* for a 10 punch pass. Classes are 45-60 minutes and will be Monday and Thursdays 6:30 pm and Saturday at 6:45 am.
